Ben38 Member Feb 24, 2025 #1 I’ve removed the nine screws but now I’ve discovered that the glass has been set with some sort of sealant instead of glass setting tape. Is there any hope for getting the two halves apart?

J Franklin Well-known member Feb 24, 2025 #2 I would try some solvents to liquify the sealant, maybe acetone.
