Glove Box Door ID

Can anyone positively identify this glove box door year & model of car/truck? I got it with a 1939 Ford Pickup 1/2 ton i purchased, but I am pretty sure it's not out of a 1939 Ford Pu. Thanks!

Thanks guys! I looked a little more on line and found a picture of the dash of a 1937 Ford Model 78 Fordor DeLuxe that showed the glove box door just like mine. The two vertical trim pieces threw me off a little, seems like some models had them and some did not. Others had them with a clock as well. I didn't know Ford offered so many different models that year. Again, thanks for the quick input.

The trim designates it as a Deluxe.Clock was an option and trim stopped at the clock.Upper and lower trim pieces instead of entire vertical length.
