Getting stiffed by a fellow barner?

Buyer Beware. Being retired, when I buy from an individual I usually drive out and pick the parts up myself. I just use the parts as an excuse to take a trip. I think I would use this as an excuse also to take a trip and maybe kick his A$$ if he was't too big.
 
What is this A-holes member ID? At least folks should know who to be aware of on the buy/sell forums.

Too bad we can't have a spot on the member profile for bad guys?

we have only heard one side of the story and its easy to gang up on the seller who we haven't heard from. Seven weeks sounds WAY too long without resolution on the seller's part and I tend to side with the buyer/original poster on this transaction, but I'd still like to know what it is we are talking about to see if there is any excuse to the seller's explanations.

It would seem like an ultimatum is appropriate...either ship the item within 24 hours or send back the money.
 
Might as well add Mike Kilger Riverside CA to the ripoff list . Goes by that name here . Ripped me off for $260.00 on a 33 sedan roof tack strip . I have a really good collection of emails & a few PM's from this person full of nothing but lies & broken promises . Getting action started against him hasn't gone well SO FAR :mad: . Ryan was informed of this .
 
Time for a list of the bad guys so we can steer clear. I also agree to check first to make sure something did not happen, then take action.
