I just looked up Kissel in an old parts book I have. For 1931 there are four different Funeral Cars listed, all with Lycoming engines both six and eight.
No other Funeral Cars are listed before or after '31. It appears they went out of business after '31 because there are no Kissel cars of any kind listed after.
