I use a peace of wood in one hand and a box end wrench in the other lift the wood and tighten the bolt, There must be a better way?, also to adjust the fan belt no room with shroud in the road ??. thanks for any ideas. Jack.

I like to put a short drift pin through the front just above the adjusting nut, just be careful with the handle and the radiator, then pry up on the pin by hand leveraging the tip of the pin against the intake and tighten the nut with your other hand. It's been the fastest and easiest method I've found.
