Gear Shift Lever ~ 3 Speed Truck

Somehow ALL of my PM's pertaining to this subject were deleted.
I wish to thank ALL the contributing members who offered ideas & resources to me for help!
I've hit another snag though. A friend pointed out that the tower directly over the pin hole is cracked. So, this will require welding, besides the work needed on the shift lever and pin hole.
Another friend put me in touch with an old Navy machinist who will easily take care of my problems with this spare ******. If the ****** itself hadn't been rebuilt I would never bother with this, but it's got to be right as a whole.
