Hi,
with my 1928 Tudor (new engine, new clutch) it is possible to gear up when you start driving with double-clutch.
But when I am in the 3rd or 2 nd gear it is not possible to gear down without really "violating the the toothwheels" in the transmission
The transmission only allows to gear down when I nearly stopped the car.
so why does it work to gear up with doubel-clutch, but not the same way down?
Stefan
