Gas Tank Stuck

I have removed all the nuts and bolts and screws acording t Les Andrews book. I have removed the choke rod,rad bars, fuel lines insterment pannel and all the wires the windshield the coil all 8 bolts in front and all 10 bolts on the sides and all the bolts across the top. the tank should be free but whats holding it back. I can not see any other reason why it should not come free. Does any one have any ideas? It was removed from the car about 3 years ago by the previous owner. thanks

its stuck in the webbing get a rubber mallet and go to work they stick pretty tight sometimes

Model As usually come apart easily. Reassembly without scratching the paint is the hard part.

Had a bugger of a time with mine due to webbing having stuck fast to the paint over the years. Took significant grunt but it finally popped loose. Have a good breakfast and try again fresh.
