Gas tank problems

I think I have stopped some pin-hole leaks at the bottom of the fuel tank-near the outlet pipe. I sanded off the paint, cleaned the bare metal and treated it with "Seal-All". So far no leaks. Has anyone else tried this method? I am hoping it works. I don't want to remove the tank, put a sealer inside the tank and than have it eaten away with the modern fuels. I wish someone would make new gas tanks for Model A's! :(

Ive used Seal-All on a few gas tanks over the years and it worked very well.I have sealed 1/4 " hles by cleaning the area well and cutting a piece of cloth about 2" square & coating it with Seal-All & laying it over the hole. When dry,you can put a couple more larger patches over it.I did that on a 77 chev PU& it was still not leaking when I sold the truck several years later.
