Gabriel "Snubber" Shocks

Newbie here so go easy on me. I have seen several advertisements for Gabriel snubber shocks installed on Model T's as an aftermarket item. Can anyone tell me if a pair is available to purchase and what is required to dis-assemble them and have them rebuilt ? It appears they also came with a mounting bracket for the frame as well as a clamp mount and bolts for the axles ? I found a set on an internet site but they are for a Willys Whippet which appear to mount differently than on a T. Any help appreciated.
