G six cylinder rotor button

My rotor button on my G series six cylinder needs replaced.
I am looking all over for them and found several on E-Bay.
My problem with the ones on E-Bay is, they say they fit 42 thru 48.
That's two different type distributors. Can anyone tell me if the same rotor button fits both engines?
If they don't how do I know if the one pictured fits the G engine.

C&G shows the same rotor 6cyl 1941-47

I have those only fit 6 Cyl.

There are 2 distributors, differing in caps and rotors just like '42-48 V8.

A rotor with 1GA prefix fits '41-2 and probably WWII engines, 5GA fits '45-47 until H engines. Like V8 all the plastic is different. I've got one of each somewhere, but can't remember much...late one has better moisture protection as with V8.
