I need to know what size fuse was used in the wiring harness for a '35 Borg glove box clock. I have a clock with the original harness but the fuse is missing in the 2-piece fuse connector. Thanks, Mike

The fuse in my 1936 BORG clock measures 5/8" long and marked with "2-A-250-V", which suggests a 2 amp 250 volt rating.

The fuse size is usually twice the amperage draw of the device being fused. This will eliminate needless blowing of the fues from too small a size and allow the fuse to blow when there is a clear need for it. If 2A works for you great, if it ever blows and you can not fing a problem you may want to increase the size slightly.

About the only place to find a fuse cap is on a used clock. If you find another source let us know.
