I have the same problem but on older pumps away from the city it is not as bad. Still have the fuel bubbling up though if I go to fast.

It does fill slow here to.
Now that i have gas gauge,1/4 is about 4 gallons,so i get about 8 gallons with 14 gallon tank.I find i have to lift nozzle up as high as i can get it ,slow fill.The older nozzles must have been different.
