James Rogers Well-known member Mar 25, 2019 #4 I have found that a 12 volt pump from NAPA will produce about 2-3 # pressure when connected to 6 volts. It works fine and won't over pressure the float. I have done it many times.

CarlG Well-known member Mar 27, 2019 #8 My rig is 12 volts. I am using a generic fuel pump I bought at O'Riley's, plus a Holley regulator set to 2.5 psi, feeding a single Stromberg 97.
