The block is SOLD, thanks!

I'm in the process of pulling my "Diamond B" block and replacing it with a Burtz. The Diamond B block is offered with a standard Model A cylinder head on it that was recently (July 2024) overhauled and machined by Schwalms (I paid $195). I do have two B model cylinder heads available if the buyer is interested and those can be included with the engine for $50 (no water pumps).

The block does not include the intake/exhaust manifold, carb, starter, fan, radiator, distributor, sparkplugs, or alternator as those are all being reused on the Burtz. I have the original (or at least the "old") 1931 radiator from the car (needs work) and can include that at no charge if the buyer wants it (I replaced it with a Brassworks touring one).

So, if someone's interested, I can sell the Diamond B block with Model A cylinder head, two Model B cylinder heads, and a 1931 radiator for $450.

The engine was rebuilt by an unknown shop about 15 years ago and was last driven three weeks ago. I've put about 1000 miles on it since owning it. It has no significant issues that I'm aware of, but the opportunity came up to buy a Burtz and thus it's being swapped out and I have no desire to store the engine as I already have other spares (I don't want those either!) 🤣🤣

If someone's looking to add to an engine collection, I have a March 1928 AA stamped block with pistons, crankshaft, etc., available for an additional $150.

I feel I've priced this on the low end compared to other B blocks offered as I really don't want to store another engine.

Obviously, local pickup only in Chesapeake, Virginia.
