Very nice and complete Frontenac head with the cast iron header. Head was cracked (freezing) and repaired probably many many years ago and had obviously been run since. It was brazed and although probably O.K., I removed all the brass and had it repaired professionally at a shop that specializes only in repairing cracked heads and blocks for Diesel trucks. The repair was very expensive but well done and the repaired head was pressure tested to 40 PSI and gauranteed ( Canweld Diesel, Montreal, Canada). Two of the push rods were missing and I had two made at a local machine shop and they were hardened on both ends. As well, two of the rocker arm shaft support caps were missing and the same shop fabricated two new ones. Also, Canweld resurfaced the head and reground all eight valve seats. There are 16 valves with the head, but not 8 the same. The cast aluminum valve cover has what I think is an extra drilled hole in the top near the front. I'm asking $3450.00 for the complete head with the very nice cast iron header. The Frontenac number is T5772T . Thanks Fordbarn : Bruce
