Front wheel will not spin

To follow-up, I was able to get the adjustment wedge to turn so I was able to get the drum off. Using heat and the tool that was designed specifically for this task.
I learned a lot and want to express my gratitude to those who offered great advice.

Having rescued units that have sat many moons I asked an old timmer how to get the drum unstuck.























Having rescued units that had sat far too many moons I asked an oldtime thenr how to get the stuck drum loose. His response was as follows: get a pan of charicoal light it off under the drum. Smoke a couple of Camels checking the problem child every now and then.

This is my 3ed try at a repily here. A pan of charcoal under the problem child, 2 Camels and trying too turn it every now and then. This was from an old timmer. Workes for me.

Thank you, I would have tried this. Sure sounds like it would work, and I could use a couple of Camels.
