front motor mounts

what is the correct front motor mount spring setup for my 30 pickup ? the one that came off was one heavy gauge wire in the shape of two springs with rubber inside the springs , the new one I got from a supplier has a flat(not really flat but almost) bar with two springs that fit between the bar and front mount. the older spring was much heavier.
any thoughts. thanks
 
The older one you have was an after market replacement. Tests have shown the original spring plate with 2 coil springs on top and one below produces the least vibration.
