Does anyone make a good reproduction? Is the the '38 the same as other years? Hard to tell. Thanks.

I don't know this for a fact, butI would guess that the front floor mat is the same for the Phaeton and the Convertible Sedan. You should be able to find good reproductions at most of the parts suppliers. Over the last 22 years I've replaced the front mat in our '39 CS twice. I've found that the re-popped mats for the '39 don't really fit that well but that's all that is available.
