I have a 1928 Leatherback that I have been adjusting the doors on. I used shims between the wood sub rails and frame as it suggests in Marcos' web site. I also used shims behind the metal structure (that fasten to the body) that the hinges are connected to. I did some fine tuning by bending the hinges (with a large pipe wrench) slightly. Make sure your hinge pins are tight, buy new ones if needed. If the hinge itself is worn you may want to buy oversized pins.
