Front axle Camber on right side

I bought my 1929 Model A a few weeks back, the right front horns appeared slightly bent and the bumper bracket on the right side was broken off. The fella I bought it from had the new brackets so after getting it home I left it at a shop to see if the frame had been bent since the top of the tire on the passenger side was tilted out probably an inch/inch and a half or so. I was thinking the frame might have been bent but after having it checked that was not the case. So that leaves me with a fairly nice car with a right front tire running way out spec. I can't leave it like that and I realize everything can be repaired but am stumped on what to do or who in Cleveland Ohio I might be able to take it to. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. I'm not a mechanic but can do minor repairs, I bought this car as a project and it is drivable, body is solid and the interior while needs to be replaced is still serviceable as is. The car is not far off from being a driver.
Thanks
Chuck

Look for a shop that does truck wheel alignments. They will have the fixtures needed to bend the axle. Except for toe in all other alignment is by bending the axle. Many trucks still use solid axles like an A.

Just so you know, each wheel was originally about 7/8" out at the top for a total of about 1-3/4" camber. It may be bent on both sides!

If you have a good flat cement floor you can use a large metal carpenter square, set it up with the square just touching the bottom of the backing plate and measure the distance between the square and the top of the backing plate; measure the other backing plate in the same manner. If one end of the axel is bent it will be vary evident.
