What is a "Friend" on the FordBarn? What is the benefit of being a "friend" on FordBarn?
The biggest benifit for me is I can find someone's info/profile easier. Lets say I want to send someone a PM (personal message), I can go to my friend list and they are listed there, I click on their name, click on contacts, then send PM.
If they weren't listed in my firned list I could still send them a PM but I would need to remember exactly how they spelled their name, including spaces in the exact spot, etc.
Thats just one example of why I like "friends" lists on forums.
If I "friend" someone, will I recieve a notice everytime they make a post?
