Thanks to Bruce for the drawing that he posted as I'm also interested in these dimensions. My question is are all the 28-31 frames the same dimensions or are they like I think that 28-29 are the same and 30-31 are the same? Can someone set me straight?

P.S. I had posted this question yesterday but I think it got lost in the original thread "31 Tudor Cowl Mounting Bracket" so I decided to try again.
 
All Model A frame dimensions were, for the most part, the same. HOWEVER some of the brackets and crossmembers were changed slightly (and in one case I know of changed position) and there is one bracket on some frames but not others of the same era, and there may be some hole differences but overall the same.
