guys for years when i open the forum threads that i have read are lower in the stack and are light, now they are all dark black going back forever, Anyone know the fix fo this......????i

Go to the menu at the top and open "quick links". Then click on "mark forums read". that should make the change. it worked for me.

Go to top of page and click on Quick Links, then click on Mark Forums Read, that will put your page back to normal.

I'm noticing the same. Only before I did not have to manually do anything to have it work that way. I just started a new thread questioning this before I found your comment.

Add to my last, only the new bold threads should be at the top of the list.

Bubba, thanks for bringing that subject up as I was wondering why the threads weren't going light after being read also. Big THANKS to the fellows who had the solution.

Before I used to open site and read a few post and the one's I didn't read went went light after I closed fordbarn. What do I need to change to make them go away? Thanks Dave/Green Bay

Prior to the new server, when you went off site all the threads would turn light, regardless if you read a particular thread. Now it appears that only the threads you read go light, the others remain dark. At least that is how it works with me.

Interesting, my computer, phone, etc, behave the same now as they did before. Threads you have read appear light (until there is another post on them) and all others remain dark. You can leave the site and return and the same condition remains. I would think it would be difficult to keep track of read/not read/new post if it was working otherwise. The only difference I have noticed is before I had to refresh the page to see the changes of new post, now it is going it automatically, which is an improvement to me.

Bubba, thanks for asking the question many of us were thinking... The "quick links" suggestion worked for me. Thanks All, Chap

My quick links only does it on the ones I read the next day I wish they would not change thing around. Not used to change at this age.And can't change the HAMB to dark then light heading
