You mean like this quote:
Agreed. We will stay focused on restoration over here. Hot rods and customs are for the hamb.

Hey guys, just a reminder... The Ford Barn focuses more on restoration and less on hot rods and customs.

The ford barn will focus on restoration... And stock fords. We might have a side bar here and there, but restoration will remain the focus.
Ryan specifically said (and I paraphrase) that modified engines threads are ok, just the cross breeding is out.
My understanding as long as it is vintage stock FORD product or fairly close to original, even mildly modified is okay. Just don't go posting about chopped, channeled, z-ed, hot rods, non-ford powered or whatever, because that is more what the Hamb is for.
And my understanding as well. But like Paul2748 also stated, some modified engine threads are okay. After all once you rebuild and engine and bore it, even a little, its no longer technically stock, however, no one sees it or even pays attention. If they did there wouldn't be many old Fords or anything else running to enjoy. Like the good doctor always told me "everything in moderation".
