what is all that stuff around bottom
passenger side transmission to bellhousing bolt?
something that looks like a tube and
some other stuff

What year? car or truck?

Pre-1957 cars had an air-cooled fordomatic, so there were no cooling lines to the radiator on those (cars). Trucks had an outboard fluid cooler piped in on the passenger side. I think they mounted the cooler coil behind the bellhousing.
57 and later cars had cooling lines from pass side of Ford-o-matic to a little cooling coil mounted on the inside of the bottom radiator tank.

daves 55 sedan
that's it!
'Trucks had an outboard fluid cooler piped in on the passenger side'
manual calls it 'oil to water' transmission cooler
it's a mess!
somebody cut lines to
run transmission cooler lines up to later radiator
PLUS having it still run through this original cooler
