In search of G.B Manly's classic book "Ford V-Eight B Four BB Truck." Anyone have one to sell or any leads on where to get one? I was able to find electronic version at https://en.calameo.com/read/004404320e3a4941f8f6f, but I'm looking for the actual book.

Thanks!
