There's a discussion on the Just Old Trucks forum http://forums.justoldtrucks.com/Topic36921.aspx
about an ad for a "1937 Ford F100 with rare straight 8 engine". Yeah it's silly but it led to what engines were optional in trucks at that time. Does anybody here have any info on the four cylinder engine being used in the late '30s, early '40s?
Thanks for any help.
