TCP Global has a restoration shop part of their web site that has color chips from Ford to back in the model A era. The codes are all from the eras that the charts cover. They are mostly Dupont and PPG codes by Ford references. The caveat is that none of the paints used back then are currently available. This makes it almost completely a color matching effort to reproduce them in current era products. The Model A Paint and Finish Guide information is in book form and available from parts sources.
The shade and texture of maroon needed can be reproduced using modern primary color mixing but it is either by eye, computer spectrometry, or by an old color recipe that uses known shades of color that correlate to modern colors.
