Ford engine on Rails

Hello
my brother sent me a couple pics of a railbus powered by a Ford BB engine at each end, its called the T41 and dates from 1932. Unfortunately one of the engines is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. Now the question is where the railway guys could find an engine like this. The club might want to buy two engines if possible. Maybe one of you guys knows where to ask?
You could see the bus here: https://museumseisenbahn.de/index.php/de/triebwagen.html

If my query is not allowed here, please delete this post.
Thanks Harty

There are knowledgeable participants herein from England and France and elsewhere in Europe who likely can assist you in finding a re-buildable Model B (or BB, there's no difference) engine for your project and perhaps where that substitute engine, or the one removed from the rail bus, can be rebuilt.

I'll alert my European contacts to make sure that they have seen your posting here.

Thanks David! We found out this engine should have 3,2 ltrs and 50 hp. Would be nice to help the railway guys getting the T41 back into service.

That's the version that is the most common (all sold in North and South America and most elsewhere as well). There was a smaller version primarily for the U.K. market because of their horsepower tax.
