Two questions:
1: Anyone have Electronic Schematics for one of these

2: My Pneumatic engine is frozen/stuck, is it easy to get it unstuck?
or can it be removed without taking everything apart?

The motor that drives the distributor is an air motor and fairly easy to fix, you don't need an electronic schematic for that. The electric vacumm pump usually needs to be taken apart and the valves cleaned and oiled. G.M.
