We had one in my home town that had been in business since the Model T days. In the 1970's Ford wanted them to move out on the main highway with a new building. The family sold the dealership and they built a new facility on the main highway.

Haha Chris. .....I fixed the problem of my non leakers. Went into the garage and poured some oil on the floor under both cars. feeling so much better now and also that I belong

one hears that scenario a lot, there must be something in the contract that gives the manufacturer some option to force a relocation; or maybe the franchise is only a year-to-year agreement.
