what do I look for, the horn 29 won`t blow. power to brushes ok, good ground,motor won`t turn thanks, Don

unhook the negitive or power line to horn. Check to see if there is a complete connection from brush wire to ground (both brushes) if there is complete circete, you have a short. this is not good.

To bypass the horn button, which grounds the horn, just remove the horn cover and ground the terminal which doesn't have the hot wire.
The adjustment screw should be backed out until the armature just barely makes a clicking as you rotate it with your fingers. If it's too tight the armature won't have enough power to spin.
