I just pulled motor, removed main bearing cap, bearing worn down to copper.Connecting rod bearing is worn also.I pulled bearings out of caps they say .030 and 0-35 Da-49 any explanation would be great.I know I need the crankshaft looked at,is it OK to go .040,will it be worthwhile to rebuild?

You have to measure the crank first to se if it will have a chance to clean up on only .010.
Have it over to the shop that is going to grind it and let them descide if it´s going t work out.
