The left/older one on the left is from Hirsch Weis and was made in Portland Oregon.
The center/smaller is SOLD
The right one is made by Safari. If you look at the stamp on the back at the lower middle it says Forestry Department Sate of Oregon. It has never been used.
I see no holes in any of these.
