Hi,
which colour must be painted the foot rest ?

The foot rest is plated clear (silver) cad and the insert rubber is black. Gar Williams

It depends on where the car was built. As Gar said, the steel part was Cad plated in the USA. However in Canada it was black enameled. The latter may apply to much of the production outside of the USA.

many thanks for you reply. I'm in Argentina and I have a RHD Pickup 1928 Roadster, so I guess I will paint it black my as the Canadian.
