I ran across this horn and have never seen one, I'd like to know the application. The label on the front of the bell says Fog something it is deteriated after the word Fog. It is about the same size as a 35 Ford horn, maybe it was used on a commercial vehicle or firetruck? Anyone have any ideas or recollection? Thanks Fordbarners! flatdoctor@frontier.com

They were sold by J.C.Whitney as a fog horn but also sounded the same as one they also labeled as "cattle caller" or bull horn. They were made in Nebraska as I remember the company was named Jubilee, they sometimes sell pretty good on Ebay as they are a lot more nostalgic then the plastic China ones that replaced them, most of the ones I run into are 6 volt but they offered them in 12 volt also. One on Ebay now under number 120655506015.

I have one of those type of horns that my uncle had on his 40, but it doesn't work now. Any ideas on fixes that I could do or a reputable place that can rebuild it?
Thanks

36 Pickup you hook afull either 6V or 12V depends on what you have and ground the horn, then when you pull the lever down it shoud blow.

Thanks
I've tried hooking up it up as you suggest but I don't even get a click. It was in his garage for who-knows-how-many-years so I suppose that moisture and corrosion could have set it. I'm reluctant to try to take it apart myself.
