I am pondering of putting a new floor in my 27' Coupe. I don't want to use wood so, I have been looking at 16 gauge cold rolled for the floor. I don't mind cutting out the separate pieces for the trunk, mid and front slabs and welding them in, BUT, I would rather go with a one or two piece floor.
I have looked at the 1928-1930 Ford floor and I think it could be cut to fit in my garage and welded into place. I don't know.
Speedway Motors has a fiberglass floor but that is way too much work to install and I hate glassing, anyway.
Any suggestions? Has anyone installed a floor in their Model T's?
Here are some pics of my Coupe before and in progress and my 1951 239 Flattie.
