Flathead - T5 - what slave cylinder?

I have a leaky slave cylinder on my flathead/T5 . Don't know which slave it is. It has 2 bolts on the sides . Could it be factory slave? Its not an S10 slave , got one from the auto parts store
 
I used one I found on E bay described as a Jeep part. It was years ago and I don't remember a part no. Still working 11 years later.

I found that 'Wilwood' the brake people have a huge variety of clutch masters. IIRC they have bolt hole schematics etc on their site. I have even used one that when depressing the clutch pedal the rod pulls into the cylinder. This mounts to any handy point on the other side of the clutch arm. Their products are of good quality.
