flathead radiator

Have a radiator that came with 1935 1/2 ton pickup not installed. Has 2gt with letter L underneath on back of top tank. Any idea what this is off of? It doesn't look like it would fit this pickup. It does have the outlets for flathead and top and bottom are 1/34 in.

Not sure what "2gt" indicates, but the "L" is likely the mark for the Long Corporation which made radiators for Ford. I've attached some text with some information on the '35-'36 truck and pickup radiators. Also included some pics on what the '35 truck radiator looks like. I guess if it doesn't look like these pics, then it's not a '35 truck radiator.

Thank you for that info. Do you have any info on measurements for 1935 radiator are they the same for 1936?

At least for the trucks and pickups, the 1935 and 1936 radiators are the same dimensions. Both years had an optional high capacity cooling radiator which added a row of tubes (see the table) on the front side making the radiator thicker towards the front, but all other dimensions are the same for all sides and years. I'm not sure if the high capacity radiator was an option for the pickups, but it's likely.
I've clipped the information from my 1935-1936 truck book which is available through the Early Ford V-8 Club of America.
