Alright, folks, I now have my first flat tire (right rear) on my 1930 fordoor Murray body.
Any advice on the best/easiest way to fix this? I recall reading about a plastic garbage bag trick for re-mounting the tire, or will I need that trick just for a flat.
I'm thinking: lift the tire off the wheel on one side, (But how without scratching the paint?) pull the tube out, find the hole and patch it. Then put tube back in, and somehow re-insert tire into rim with no paint scratches.
Hmmm.
I eagerly await any help in this matter....
