First trip

Great news, Cecil - glad to hear you had a successful trip! It's always cool, cruising down the highway, not rushing to get anywhere, and every day is Sunday. But it's even better in an old car - seems more "period correct" to me!!!

It was a real fun day, Tom. Nothing serious enough to worry about. Just some minor bugs.

Cecil - As my friend Rooboy would say - "Good on ya!!"

Congrats Cecil!! Glad you are enjoying your new ride! What a great looking truck! Are you thinking that you might drive it to Utah? Pat

Thanks, Marcus, I had tinted windshields in it at first, as seen in my avatar, but I got out at night and couldn't see where I was going, so I put clear glass windshields in.

We all followed the progress of your Pickup on the old "FORDBARN". Congratulations on you getting it "done". Happy Motoring to you !

Thanks, Mike, and it is a nice story in the V8 Times on your Ford. When I come to Fla., I need to visit you. By the way, do you know James Richard Parsons at Normantown. He has 2 nice '38's.
