Firewall Mounted Brake Booster

Has anyone out there done this to a 52-53 Ford Customline?

I am looking to fit one from a 1980's Ford Falcon (Australian) , similar to a Granada. I am fitting the Disc brakes to the front from this model Falcon so curious to know what others have done and how they went about it.
 
Check with Classic Performance Products (CPP) as I believe they have some hardware kits to do this type of project. They are located in southern California. Summit Racing also sells some of their products.
