Fender undercoating

I have an almost full 5 gallon can of Ditzler DX-477 fender undercoater that I bought in 196?. It is still usable, though a little stiffer than it was 50 some years ago.

Comments on the advisability of use would be appreciated. :p

Our local hazardous waste recovery site would be happy to take it off my hands
 
I can't believe there is somebody else out there that saves stuff
like I do. I have 3 one gallon cans of the same thing. I didn't know it
came in 5 gallon cans. I mixed some of mine with just a touch of
kerosene to thin it out. Worked fine. I like the brush on undercoat
much better than spray.
