Can someone tell me how to install brackets for fender skirts on a 1956 Ford Fairlane Victoria 2 door hardtop?

I have a '56 Fairlane that didn't come with skirts. I found a very good used set and bought a set of brackets from Tee Bird. (I think all the classic Ford restoration suppliers carry them, Mac's, Dennis Carpenter, Concours, etc.) They mount inside the fenders at the front and rear using 2 screws each. The only trick is positioning them correctly in the openings and marking the locations of the screw holes. Make sure the skirts are tight against the top of the opening after the tensioning arm is in position when you mark the locations.
