The worst part is when you catch onto a resurrected thread, give your answer, and you discover that four years earlier you answered the thread similarly.

I think either of those qualify as a "senior moment" - and are to be excused on that account alone.

Some forums that I have seen give the date of the original post as well as the date of the most recent post on the index page. That would help.

I have a lot of those moments every week. I just looked and noticed that I forgot to put on my depends this morning. Go figure.
