Fair values on brass T's

I am looking at a pair of T's today- a 1912 and a 1913
Both were redone late 60's-early 70's and need to be freshened up for touring.
Drivelines are original and complete-on a 1-5 with a 1 being perfect and a 5 being parts
these would be 3-driver cars.

How does one come to a rough value on these?
For the future, I know the earliest ones are the most desirable, but are there price points?

Seems to me that I've seen a few nice driver 1915's in the 12-15k range.
Never owned a T, only a few A's.

I am out of the loop as far as prices go. I will say that for me the 12 would be worth nearly twice what the 13 would be.

John, can you give me some explanation as to why? Rarity, more brass or what other features?
