What is the procedure for removing the door lock from a 1952 F series passenger door.
I can't seem to figure out what holds it in.
Thanks as always.
Torchie.
On the door edge under the weather stripping is a hole thru that hole you will see a Allen head screw loosen that screw and the door lock will pull out, you may have to spray it down with a penetrant if it hasn't been removed in along time
Can't say for sure about your 52 model, but on my 45 1/2 ton there is a set screw in a hole at the door edge at the same level as the lock. Remove that screw and the lock comes out.
