Who rebuilt it? What is their experience? What model is it? Has it been blasted in any way? Does it have correct finish or junky paint? Where did kit come from? Is it ethanol resistant? What paint was used for cast iron base? Has it been tested on a running engine like Charlieny does or is it “hit & miss” ? What all parts were replaced?
