Is the passenger smoking ?

My best guess is a ‘36 Buick sedan in the background. Maybe not though, has fuel filler in the fender ala Pontiac. I think I’d be more surprised if the passenger weren’t smoking.

As I was filling my tank the other day (modern car) I'd noticed the trucker filling the underground tank smoking.
I wanted to snap a photo and report the IDIOT but thought it best to get the heck out of there.

One of life’s great ironies is that he probably does that every day and the cigarettes will probably get him before an explosion.
